Zea mays convar. amylacea
.Unique, beautiful, decorative, brightly coloured rainbow corn mix in many colours.
Each cob of this old maize game is a colourful unique specimen. This mixture has been selected and further developed for several years by Engelbert Lanz in the Argental as a blaze of colour. Glass corn first became known when a farmer from Oklahoma distributed it ("Glass Gem Corn" by Carl Barnes + Greg Schoen ). The kernels have a good roasting aroma and can also be prepared as popcorn. When dried, the cobs keep very long as a decorative work of art.
